A-Z der Konfliktlösung im Jahresmagazin 2026 der BBAW

The A to Z of conflict resolution presents areas of conflict and solution strategies that are discussed and negotiated within the framework of the BBAW Annual Theme “Resolving Conflicts!”. On the one hand, the collection contains entries on key topics and discourses that currently challenge us, and on the other hand, the A-Z also includes entries which explore strategies for identifying, discussing, and resolving these conflicts.

The entries were written by Academy members, members of the Anual Theme advisory board, and members of the Young Academy.

Opening of the Annual Theme: Keynote Speech by Anita Traninger at Einsteinday 2024

Conflict resolution in times of crisis: In a world characterized by numerous crises, few things seem more urgent than finding solutions that will inspire courage. While a thorough examination of conflicts is often in full swing, there is often a lack of equally thorough consideration of possible solutions. This is a cause for concern: many fear economic problems, social decline and political uncertainty. The Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities wants to encourage everyone to face the challenges of the present and the future. At Einstein Day 2024, Anita Traninger opened the annual theme with a keynote speech.
